The Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region is an independent state multidisciplinary health care institution, which combines medical and preventive, sanitary and epidemiological, and other structural units that provide, based on the relevant license, medical care for civil servants of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police officers, servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine, pensioners from among the rank and file and senior officers of the internal affairs bodies, members of their families, veterans of the internal affairs bodies, and other persons.

TMA in Vinnytsia region provides medical care on a paid basis to citizens who are not entitled to free medical care in medical and preventive institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, as well as cooperates with insurance companies and legal institutions under the concluded agreements.

The management of the institution systematically carries out work to improve the professional level of the staff, update the medical and diagnostic base, introduce new methodological developments with the use of advanced scientific experience, compliance with the approved standards of medical care.
