Center for Preventive Medicine

The Center for Preventive Medicine of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region" was created to ensure the sanitary and epidemic well-being of persons who are entitled to medical care in health care facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The main tasks of the center:

1. Implementation of state sanitary and epidemiological supervision for compliance with legal entities and individuals of the sanitary legislation of Ukraine, sanitary standards and regulations, and regulatory acts to preserve and protect the health of police officers, employees of the territorial authorities of the national police, and units, institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, NSU military personnel, members of their families, pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
2. The study assesses and forecasting health indicators of persons entitled to medical care, identifying environmental factors that negatively affect people's health.
3. Preparation of proposals for the provision of sanitary and epidemic well-being of people entitled to medical care and persons in the divisions of the National Police, preventing the spread of infectious diseases, and developing measures for localization and liquidation.

Center for Preventive Medicine of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region" Control for:

1. compliance with the institutions and units subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the territorial bodies of the National Police, educational institutions, units and parts of the NGU, officials of sanitary legislation;
2. production, storage, and transportation of food, technological equipment for the manufacture and subsequent culinary processing of food, as well as in the implementation of food.
3. production, storage, transportation, use, and disposal of radioactive, poisonous, and potent substances.
4. performing measures to prevent professional, infectious, especially dangerous diseases, as well as diseases with a temporary disability;
5. carrying out measures to prevent and eliminate pollution of environmental facilities (water, soil, air) harmful industrial emissions, and household waste;
6. carrying out measures to prevent and reduce the impact of adverse environmental factors, sources of noise, vibration, and radiation;
7. Compliance with the sanitary rules of the content of territories, institutions, parts, divisions, premises of the office, industrial, housing, domestic, and cultural purposes
8. carrying out measures for hygienic education of subordinate contingents;
9. organizational and methodological guidance and practical assistance in conducting sanitary and anti-epidemic measures with medical employees of the subordinate objects;
10. Development of draft decisions, orders, orders, and other documents on state-poidnadzor and anti-epidemic activities.

Organizational and methodological, analytical and statistical work of the Center for Preventive Medicine of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region":

1. planning, organizing, and conducting anti-epidemic activities and a sanitary-hygienic section;
2. organizational and methodological management of the work of therapeutic and prophylactic institutions and the department of MRCs with sanitary and hygienic issues and the prevention of infectious diseases;
3. Guidelines for the prevention and distribution of especially dangerous infections among those eligible for medical care
4. Development of operational action plans for the event of an extreme situation (outbreaks of infectious diseases, mass poisoning, emissions of toxic and radioactive substances, accidents on water supply systems, sewage networks, etc.);
5. collecting and summarizing industry statistical reporting and operational information from sanitary and hygienic and epidemiological issues;
6. analysis of the incidence of persons eligible for medical care and its dependence on environmental impact;
7. summarizing the sectoral statistical reporting of health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, drawing up a consolidated sectoral statistical reporting on sanitary and hygienic and epidemiological issues on forms approved by the orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Moz Ukraine;
8. conducting a retrospective analysis of the infectious and parasitic morbidity of persons entitled to medical care, to develop the necessary prophylactic and anti-epidemic activities;
9. conducting operational analysis of infectious incidence for measures to prevent cases and outbreaks of infectious diseases among those eligible for medical care
10. carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the results of laboratory research;
11. Analysis of the disinfection case at supervision facilities.
