Polyclinic

Polyclinic of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region" is a state multidisciplinary medical and prophylactic institution of health care, which is part of the State University of Ukraine in the Vinnytsia region, created to provide specialized outpatient medical care for those eligible for Medical care following the legislation and regulatory acts.

In its activities, the Polyclinic is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, other laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Health of Ukraine and other regulatory legal acts on the organization of medical care.

The reception of patients is carried out by the doctors of the Higher and First qualification category by specialties: Therapy, Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Dermatology.

The polyclinic functions as the X-ray office, the office of functional diagnostics, and an ultrasound of the Cabinet.

In the laboratory, general biochemical and immunological studies of blood and urine are carried out.

The main tasks are:

  • Providing primary, outpatient medical care to individuals entitled to medical care for medical care standards established by law, following the accreditation category;
  • implementation of measures aimed at preventing the incidence, of temporary and resistant disability of workers of the territorial police bodies, military personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine, and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which are posted on the territory of the region.

Polyclinic functions:

1. Providing guaranteed free medical care, including:

  • primary, outpatient assistance to persons entitled to medical care;
  • Primary medical care at home to individuals entitled to medical care.

2. Organization and conduct of peliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers employed in hard work, work with harmful and dangerous working conditions, or such where there is a need for professional selection and annual compulsory medical examination of persons under the age of 21.

Organization and conduct of medical examinations of persons applying for posts, incl. Public employees are related to the performance of state functions in the territorial police bodies.

3. Planning, organizing, and conducting preventive vaccinations among those eligible for medical care.

4. Organization and conduct following legislation, dispensary accounting of persons entitled to medical care.

5. In the established manner of examination of the temporary loss of working capacity to persons on outpatient and inpatient treatment and the organization of the work of the medical and consulting commission, polyclinics. The implementation of measures aimed at preventing the incidence, of temporary and resistant disability to persons entitled to medical care.

Determining the need for medical and social expertise and compliance with the procedure for directions to the medical and social expert commission of persons entitled to medical care for examination with a long or resistant disability.

6. Preparation of medical records for the direction of persons entitled to medical care, to the Central Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Healthcare Directions for treatment abroad following the legislation.

7. Establishing the testimony of patients' Rehabilitation and sanitary and resort stages of treatment and the selection of patients with medical rehabilitation and sanitary-resort treatment, participation in the work of the Medical and Selection Commission.

8. Medical examination and vaccination of police officers, MIA and NGU servicemen sent to the passage and work in the peacekeeping staff of the UN International Peacekeeping Operational Operation for Participation in International Peace and Security Operations, as well as persons sent to the anti-terrorist operation area, in-depth Medical examination of these persons after their return and medical support of victims during the fighting.

The polyclinic has the right to cooperate with communal and government healthcare facilities to provide high-quality medical and pharmaceutical assistance to persons who have the right to medical care. Provide medical services to individuals and legal entities for a fee following the established tariffs for medical services, following the "Medical Practice" license and established state accreditation criteria received by the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region". Financial operations are carried out through the accounting department of the state institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region".
