To fulfill the requirements:

- Article 61 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", which, in particular, provides that legal entities shall ensure the development and implementation of measures that are necessary and reasonable to prevent and combat corruption in the activities of a legal entity; the head, founders (participants) of a legal entity shall ensure regular assessment of corruption risks in its activities and implement appropriate anti-corruption measures;

- subparagraph 1 of paragraph 5 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 878 dated 28.10.2015, which, in particular, states that the MIA, in order to organize its activities, ensures, within the powers provided by law, the implementation of measures to prevent and combat corruption, control over their implementation in institutions, establishments, and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the MIA;

- Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 27.10.2022 No. 139/18 "On Corruption Risk Assessment and Preparation of Anti-Corruption Programs in the MIA System for 2023-2025", which, in particular, stipulates that the heads of institutions, establishments, and enterprises under the management of the MIA, based on the results of corruption risk assessment, must prepare their own anti-corruption programs in accordance with the established procedure, and send their drafts for approval to the MIA by 15.02.2023. The institution has developed and sent for approval to the Corruption Prevention Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine the Anti-Corruption Program of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia Region" for 2023-2025.
